Publisher Description
Put a big grin on your customers’ faces by letting them know the minute their parcels are on the way – and by setting the parcel’s tracking status to a nice, reassuring ‘Started’.
Just fire up the app, scan a parcel (one that’s trackable) with your phone when it’s ready to go, and tap in your customer’s email address. When that’s done, the parcel’s tracking status will move from ‘Pending’ to ‘Started’.
We’ll shoot your customer an early tracking email on your behalf with the name of your business on it, and send them regular updates to let them know how their parcel’s travelling as it makes its way into their hands.
(We’ve got lots of great new small business features and tools planned for this app – stay tuned!)
Features:
• Keep your customers happy – let them know their parcel’s on the way as soon as it’s ready
• Easily scan your parcels using your phone’s camera
• Send an early tracking notification email to customers, telling them their delivery’s ‘Started’, and that their parcel’s been ‘Marked as sent’
• Sign your customers up to receive emails letting them know how their delivery is travelling (we’ll only send the important bits, and they can easily unsubscribe if they want)
• Easily check on the status of parcels you’ve scanned with the app
